NABIP's Annual Congressional Breakfast Reception - 2026

NABIP's Annual Congressional Breakfast Reception - 2026
Join us for one of the cornerstone events of Capitol Conference — NABIP’s Annual Congressional Breakfast Reception.

Please note:
Due to the State of the Union Address taking place the evening of February 24th, this year’s Congressional Reception will be held as a morning breakfast event.

The Annual Congressional Reception has long been a signature gathering of Capitol Conference, bringing NABIP members together with lawmakers and senior congressional staff in a setting designed for meaningful interaction. While the timing has shifted this year, the focus and value of the event remain unchanged — creating space for continued engagement on the issues that matter most to our members.

This breakfast reception is a strong and effective way to start your day on Capitol Hill. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues, congressional offices, and senior staff as the day begins, building on the advocacy conversations taking place throughout Capitol Conference. Members of Congress and key staff are expected to stop by throughout the morning.

The reception will take place on Tuesday, February 24th from 7:45–9:30 AM at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in the Thornton Room. Breakfast is included, and the format is designed to support both structured engagement and informal conversation ahead of scheduled meetings on the Hill.

Whether you are a returning attendee or joining Capitol Conference for the first time, the Congressional Breakfast Reception provides a substantive start to the day and an opportunity to strengthen relationships that help advance NABIP’s policy priorities throughout the year.

Tickets are $75 per person, with proceeds supporting NABIP PAC.
Capitol Club members receive complimentary admission.

The Annual Congressional Breakfast Reception remains a hallmark of Capitol Conference — connecting advocacy, engagement, and the relationships that carry NABIP’s work forward.
