NABIP's Annual Leadership Forum is an in-person program that helps current, incoming, and future chapter leaders build confidence, understand what makes chapters successful, and prepare for a strong leadership year. Through practical guidance, shared experiences, and peer connections, you’ll gain clear strategies you can apply immediately—whether you’re already serving or preparing to step into a leadership role.
The 2026 Leadership Forum will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at the
Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., from
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m., and
lunch will be provided to all registered attendees. Presidents, presidents-elect, executive
directors, other chapter officers, and members preparing for future leadership roles are encouraged
to attend.
Space is limited, so advance registration is strongly recommended. Onsite registration may be
available, but seating cannot be guaranteed. The registration deadline is
Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
For questions, please contact Brooke Willson at chapters@nabip.org.
This program is an opportunity to build your skills, learn from peers, and prepare confidently for
the leadership year ahead.
