  • By registering for the Event, you consent to NABIP collecting, storing, and transmitting your personally identifiable information to our Event sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors, and agree to receive messages from NABIP promoting the Event and other NABIP programs and services. Consistent with NABIP's privacy policy (found HERE), we do not otherwise sell, rent, or lease any lists to any third party.
Payment
  • Registrations will not be processed without payment. All payments must be made with a credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • NABIP reserves the right to cancel any Event. In the unlikely event of cancellation, NABIP is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including and without limitation, transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by the registrant.

  • Attendee cancellations in advance of the cancellation deadline will be honored. To cancel your registration, please send a written notification to meetings@nabip.org on or before February 6, 2026 (telephone cancellations will not be accepted).

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 6, 2026.

  • Refunds are issued to those attendees who have notified NABIP in writing by the cancellation date indicated above. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Please allow 60 business days after cancellation for refund processing.

Fees
  • No Retroactive Fees Adjustments. Once you have registered, your fees will not be adjusted downward based on any sponsorship, discount, or any other reason.
Photography and Recording
  • NABIP may, including through third-party contractors or agents, record all or parts of the Event via photography, video, audio, or other means. In consideration for being able to attend NABIP's Event, you hereby grant to NABIP your full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to photograph you, record you, or both, at the Event, and to use said photograph(s) or recording(s) in any manner for NABIP’s marketing and other legitimate business purposes, without any compensation, benefit, or notice to you.
Member Only Sessions
  • Most NABIP Event sessions are considered open to press and on the record. Like many industry conferences, NABIP Events also occasionally include panels, keynotes, and forums that are for NABIP members only. If a session is only for NABIP members, press are not allowed to attend.  
Code of Conduct
  • All Event attendees (including speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, or other participants) must comply with this Code of Conduct. Event attendees are expected to treat other attendees with respect and consideration and must not engage in harassing or disruptive behaviors. Anyone asked to stop such behavior is expected to comply immediately.
  • NABIP defines harassment to include offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender identity, or disability; use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwelcome following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
  • NABIP Event attendees often combine professional activities with social interaction and while NABIP encourages such networking and strengthening of connections, NABIP reserves the right, in its discretion, to remove or bar anyone whose social attentions become unwelcome to another attendee, who appears inebriated, or who engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other attendees to participate in and enjoy the Event.
Assumption of Risks; Releases
  • You expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with your participation or presence at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of loss, harm, damage or injury to property or person (including the risk of contracting COVID-19 or other disease or illness, or death), whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that NABIP shall not be liable for, and in consideration of your participation in the Event you hereby release NABIP from, any and all risks, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever which may arise in connection with your participation in the Event.
Violations
  • If you violate these Terms and Conditions, or any rules and regulations governing the Event, NABIP may take action, including but not limited to barring you from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the Event, without refund of any fees paid, and/or barring you from attendance at or participation in future NABIP events or activities.
