Cancellation Policy- There will be $50 processing fee per registered member for cancellations received by May 9th; a $75 processing fee per registered member for cancellations from May 9th to May 21st; and no refunds for cancellations received after May 21st. (NOTE: All cancellations must be in writing via email; no telephone cancellations accepted. All refunds will be processed after the convention- within 30 days.)
